KENNESAW, Georgia — Todd DeFeo, founder of The DeFeo Groupe and the publisher and editor of Railfanning.org, will lead a bus tour of the historic Western & Atlantic Railroad on Saturday, April 1, 2023.
DeFeo will lead the tour of the state-owned railroad on behalf of the Kennesaw Museum Foundation and Kennesaw’s Southern Museum. The daylong escapade will highlight the line’s unique history and showcase many places where famous events transpired.
DeFeo has written several railroad histories, including a pair of books about the Western & Atlantic. The author led a bus tour in April 2022 to kick off the Southern Museum’s 50th anniversary celebration.
