My approach is shaped by a background in journalism:
- Be curious, and ask the right questions
- Forget the noise, and focus on what matters
- Remove unnecessary complexity and give the audience what they want and need
- Remember the goals, and deliver results with clarity and purpose
That means avoiding content for its own sake. Every piece of communication should serve a function, whether informing, persuading, reinforcing, or driving action.
