The Atlanta Apartment Association is dedicated to keeping our members informed about new and proposed laws in Metro Atlanta while fighting to protect the rights of rental property owners. Because the policies of the municipalities change so often, it is nearly impossible for property owners to keep abreast of the new laws.

Since 1951, the Buckhead Business Association (BBA) has played an integral role in the advancement of the Buckhead community. A storied organization, the BBA seeks to ensure the vitality of the greater Buckhead community by bringing it together through networking events, business and personal empowerment breakfasts, community upliftment, engaging mentorship, and social celebrations.

The Georgia Affordable Housing Coalition is a trade association representing Georgia's multi-family affordable rental housing industry. Since its inception in 1996, the Coalition has provided a forum for information sharing, networking and advocacy for its member developers, lenders, syndicators and other related parties participating in the low-income housing tax credit program. The Coalition works to increase resources for affordable rental housing and monitors existing and pending legislation and public policy that affect the development and operation of affordable housing. The organization was instrumental in passing the low-income housing tax credit legislation that created the Georgia state credit.

The Georgia Brownfield Association (GBA) is a nonprofit advocacy and education organization that supports economic development in Georgia through the responsible and sustainable redevelopment of environmentally impacted properties. As a member-led organization, GBA accomplishes its mission through collaborative engagement with EPD and EPA, the legislature, elected officials, local businesses, communities and other stakeholders. GBA’s membership comprises leading legal, engineering, risk management, economic and real estate development, and other environmentally-focused professionals.

Founded in 1929, the Georgia Hospital Association serves 145 hospitals in Georgia. Its purpose is to promote the health and welfare of the public through the development of better hospital care for all of Georgia's citizens. GHA members are committed to improving institutional health care services and, in turn, patient care. The association provides information and education on issues ranging from access to health care and clinical care updates, to effective hospital management and compliance with high-level accreditation standards. GHA is an allied member of the American Hospital Association.

For 35 years, the Georgia Justice Project (GJP) has served Georgians impacted by the criminal legal system. GJP approaches social change in three ways: through legal and social services - including holistic criminal defense, early termination of probation, criminal record clearing, and other reentry services; by advocating for a better Georgia, resulting in 22 changes to Georgia law so far; and by educating communities statewide on criminal justice and reentry issues. These approaches advance GJP’s goals to lower the number of Georgians under correctional control and reduce barriers to reentry.

GSNA is a nonprofit organization founded in 1951 and incorporated in Georgia in 1967. GSNA maintains a headquarters office and professional staff in Tucker, Georgia. GSNA is affiliated with the School Nutrition Association, a national nonprofit organization with headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.
