Georgia Senior Living Association (GSLA) is the State Affiliate of Argentum. GSLA is a non-profit trade association incorporated in 1998 that represents Georgia's senior living industry and the growing population it serves. GSLA members range from freestanding assisted living residences and licensed personal care homes to retirement campuses where assisted living may be a component.
The Georgia Society of Ferroequinologists, Inc. is a railroading club organized to discuss and enjoy railroading and trains, from prototype to models, in a social environment.
Founded in 2002, Georgia Watch is a statewide, non-profit consumer advocacy organization working to inform and protect Georgia consumers on matters that significantly impact their quality of life, including the effects of predatory business practices, the high cost of utilities and healthcare, and restricted access to the civil justice system.
Established in 1975, the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia (PAC) is the overarching government agency supporting Georgia prosecutors, law enforcement, and their staff, including 50 District Attorney Offices (Felony cases) and 66 Solicitor-General Offices (Misdemeanor cases). The Council consists of nine members, six district attorneys and three state court solicitors who establish policies that guide the day-to-day work of the Council staff.
The Smyrna Business Association was formed in 1983 by a group of business people striving to make Smyrna a more inviting place to establish and conduct business. The SBA’s first two goals were to improve Smyrna’s connectivity with other parts of Cobb County and energize its image as a place to live and do business.
