Author Todd DeFeo will sign copies of his new book about the Western & Atlantic Railroad during a book signing from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. at Dogwood Books in historic Rome, Georgia. The state of Georgia chartered the Western & Atlantic in 1836 and still owns the railroad, which runs from Atlanta to Chattanooga.
